So I have received two more blog awards within two days of one another and I've put off accepting these lovely award for 4 days now and its finally time to officially accept them and choose my nominees.

Seven things about me:
1- I like watching football with my husband and do really get into games!
2 - Anyone who knows me knows I'm an avid coffee drinker and I'm thinking of totally starting a starbucks wish list on my blog. (is that too vain?)
3 - I've been entering giveaways for a year and half and have only won 2 things. A door knob pail for my cloth diapers and I just got a nice scrapbook album....but that just goes to show you my luck! LOL
4 - I had morning sickness half of my pregnancy!! YUCK!
5 - I'm proud of my husband and all of his accomplishments these last two years and don't think I can tell him enough how proud I am of him in his line of work.
6 - I loved that childhood book "Where the Wild Things Grow" but I wasn't too hot about the movie.
7 - Batteried toys that start dying kinda freak me out when they randomly talk. I get chucky flashbacks.

Just found your blog! :) I was in Flagstaff for the first time ever over Labor Day weekend and I was STUNNED at how gorgeous it was up there! We drove from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon, and from Flagstaff on my mind was totally blown with the beauty of everything! (I wrote about it here, actually: http://startupmarriage.blogspot.com/2010/09/1800-miles-in-4-days-part-2.html) I totally expected all of Arizona to look like Phoenix. I was so wrong.
Anyway, I totally felt the same way about Where The Wild Things Are--loved the book, but was so eh on the movie.

sick and hospitalized almost your entire pregnancy? WOW. I'm so sorry. being sick for 20 weeks sucked, I can't imagine 40 weeks and hospitaled. I was hospitalized twice during my pregnancy both from falls. The last time I was 8 months pregnant and slipped and fell flat on my back in an icy parking lot. I was so scared! Why were you hospitalized?

I can totally sympathize on the morning sickness factoid. I was sick and having to take meds / be hospitalized for almost the entire pregnancy. Yuck.
Oh, and the chucky flashbacks from batteried toys? You made me lol so hard I almost pee'd myself. I ALWAYS freak out when I hear those things talk, and everyone makes fun of me. Glad to know I'm not alone! Best wishes to you and your lovely blog!
