Pre-Vacation Post

If you had no idea I was on vacation this week, then I did a good job at scheduling my blog posts, tweets and facebook updates. Truth be told, me, my adorable son and amazing husband spent a lovely week in San Diego living it up before our second edition to the family comes in November/December. We had a blast and I took over 800 pics. We got so much fun stuff packed in between Lego Land and Sea World I took 300 pictures alone with a total of 827 pics. I was pretty snap happy. Lets See, Day 1 was Lego Land, Day 2 was Sea World, Day 3 was a day walking around Balboa Park, the USS Midway and the Beach, Day 4 was the San Diego Zoo, and Day 5 was back at Sea World again to catch up on stuff we missed the first day we were there. We were going to go back to the water park at Lego Land, but opted out and decided we'd go back to Sea World. We had by far the most fun there. And thanks to our passes, we were able to come and go thru all the parks whenever we wanted.

But as today has been a long day and we got back late last night after a 7 hour drive and I spent most of my day (outside of going to a company picnic for my Husband's work) slowly unpacking and uploading photos and videos to facebook, I will officially blog about our vacation tomorrow. It will be broken up into 4 parts mainly because there is just so much to fit in! What a week, but what amazing memories we made!

Lego Land is great for kids 2 to about 10. Everything is geared for the younger kids and we opted to go there instead of DisneyLand because we know our 2 year old wouldn't be able to ride most of the rides. But at Lego Land he was tall enough for about 65 percent of the rides. We have a short kiddo anyway, so your little one might be able to go on more rides.
