A Ramble...

Last Weekend we had our house warming party which was also combined with my birthday. My birthday was last Wednesday. The party was met with relief as it also marked a much needed break both hunky hubs and I needed. It means the end of daily painting, at least for the rest of August.
It means the end trying to hurry up and fix things on a deadline.
It means living every day life.
Doing every day things.
Having some normalcy.

Today I took the kids on a bike ride.Hunky Hubs got me a bike for my birthday. I love this ability to enjoy some fresh air and a work out at the same time. With gift cards we got from the party, I was able to purchase a bike trailer! So I took the kids on a bike ride around the block!
I huffed and puffed it.
I am totally out of shape.
Felt embarrassed....but totally determined.
I will be queen of the mountain one day...
Eh, a girl can dream right.

Anyway I keep thinking I need to do more with my blog.I haven't done much since we moved, I've been maintaining...not really blogging about the inspiration I feel on the inside lately. I have thoughts about blog posts, then forget to write them down.I guess the good thing is, I'm spending more time away from the computer and out and about with the kids.
I have that freedom now.

I can't wait for the fall weather!
The cooler temps.
Cooler temps mean more frequent bike rides!
More trips to the park, even in the middle of the day instead of waiting til dusk.

Come on September...
But then again September marks my babe another month older.
Tear.
I feel like I've overlooked a lot of things with baby B that were so important with J Myster. They say you do that with the second one, but I hate that I have. Today Baby B had a cracker for the first time.
I took a pic.

I love this face!!
He's got such an infectious sweet smile!!
UGH! My heart melts!
Is it just me cuz I'm mom or do you not want to kiss those cheeks all full of soggy cracker crumbs?
By the way just two weeks ago all four bottom teeth came in at once. He was really fussy, which is out of the norm for him. He's pretty laid back. Hunky Hubs felt the first tooth, then the next day I look in to feel what the Hubs felt and all four teeth on the bottom were thru the gums! I'm so glad it wasn't one at a time like J.

Anyway...thats the end of this rambling post.
Can you believe its Wednesday and I'm still watching the TVO'D Closing Ceremonies?
I'm so behind on TV watching.
