What you'll need for my recipe:
One 10oz Bag of Fritos
2 Cans of Hormel Chili
a can of chilis
1 onion (I only use half though)
One roma tomato (optional)
Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
You can use a glass or a metal square pan. (If you use a metal pan, spray the pan with cooking oil first.)
Pre-heat Oven to 350
Chop your onion and green onions
Spoon in the layer of Chili just so it covers the fritos, but not real thick or you will run out of chili.
(Note: If you don't cover it, you will have hard yucky nasty cheese, so take my advice and cover it for the first 25 minutes.)
