About a month ago I was doing some spring cleaning and getting rid of clothes that I knew my toddler son would never fit into. I have very skinny boys so the problem I run into is the ones that fit my boys around the waste tend to be "high-waters", and if they fit in length, than you can usually fit two kids inside one pair of pants. I've bought belts, but with a 2 and 5 year old, the belts come off the pants and then turn into ninja turtle nunchunks or any other kind of flying lassoing weapon. What you say? I have boys, that should be all I have to say. ;) One time found JJ's belt wrapped around his little brother's neck. Then my sister in law, for JJ's fourth birthday, got him suspenders. I was overjoyed (Do you sense my sarcism?) First off what kid in this day and age have you seen wearing suspenders? Unless you are a farmer (No offense to those that grow our food and supply us with nourishment) its just not something kids go to school wearing. So the suspenders easily turned into a bungee chord superhero flinging weapon with one side tied to my child's dresser and the other to his bed. If you walked passed his room at the wrong time, Spider-man became a dangerous flying weapon sure to knock you out if it hit you on the temple just right. My boys can turn anything into a weapon. ANYTHING.
So I discovered these Dapper Snappers and I'm in love with something that really is so simple and should have been invented a long time ago. If they made them in adult sizes, I'd wear them!
Check this out:
From the front you can't even tell he's wearing it.
I love this and I'm now regretting donated those pants that didn't fit him! They would have been perfect with the dapper snapper. Oh well...
But guess what?
One of my readers get a dapper snapper!
